Description of issue or what happened:
Villagers don't turn into zombie villagers, zombies completely ignore the villagers, wild ones, spawned ones, in a towny claim, not in a towny claim, mobs enabled or disabled, doesn't matter.
Steps to reproduce the issue?
Put a villager in an area with a zombie, it should 100% turn into a zombie villager as the game's difficulty is set to hard.
