As Luke mentioned in the bank help sheet, the Interest Limit is a hard-limiter that prevents you from making more interest once you reach the interest limit in your bank account. But, you can still make the maximum interest per day while keeping this in mind.

The simple mathematical formula to calculate how much to leave in the bank to get the max daily interest per day (but you will need to take the interest amount out every day for this to work) is:

(Interest Limit) divided by [1+(interest rate)].

Following this, here are the numbers for each tier (I did the simple maths for those who don't want to do it themselves):

Basic Tier: $24,747.08 ($252.91)

Premium Tier: $49,492.69 ($507.30)

Gold Tier: $123,725.62 ($1,274.37)

White-Gold/Platinum Tier: $247,443.90 ($2,556.09)

Diamond Tier: $494,878.01 ($5,121.98)

Executive Tier: $1,237,170.54 ($12,829.45)

Executive+ Tier: $2,474,267.61 ($25,731.39)

Now, to counter this from happening every day, the devs set up the bank plugin's withdrawal system so that you can't modify the withdrawal amount to the specific dollar or cent, so when does it become more useful to follow this guide?

1. First of all, the first two tiers are useless. They have a deposit tax. So the fourth tier and onwards become more efficient in changing the bank amount to be as close to the maximum limit before the interest is capped.

2. Also, the amount of interest gained should be at least 1k to make it matter most. With that being said, the third tier becomes useless/inefficient. Hence why I wrote that it's the fourth tier onwards above.

3. Any bank tier value shown above is very close to a thousand' place and you have a better chance at efficiently getting the best interest amount per day. When I say close, I mean that it needs to be at most 250 under the rounded-up value. (E.G. 1750 minus 1000 = 750, which is 250 under the round-up of 1000):

a) Let's take Diamond Tier for an example. With the maximum before cap limit of 494,878.02, you'd generate the maximum possible interest gain of 5,121.98 so rounding the bank amount to 495k won't hurt your interest gain too much since you'll be missing out on only $121.98.

b) Though, once you get to higher tiers, the small amounts of money you miss out on will become less and less significant.

Basic Tier: $24k ($245.28 ($7.63 less than best interest gain of $252.91))

Premium Tier: $49K ($502.25 ($5.05 less than best interest gain of $507.30))

Gold Tier: $123k ($1,266.90 ($7.47 less than best interest gain of $1,274.37))

White-Gold/Platinum Tier: $247k ($2,551.51 ($4.58 less than best interest gain of $2,556.09))

Diamond Tier: $494k ($5,112.9 ($9.08 less than best interest gain of $5,121.98))

Executive Tier: $1,237k ($12,827.69 ($1.76 less than best interest gain of $12,829.45))

Executive+ Tier: $2,474k ($25,729.60 ($1.79 less than best interest gain of $25,731.39))

As interest rates go up, the efficiency also goes up. As we can see from the last two tiers, even when rounded down from the max amount before interest cap, you'd only be missing out on a couple of dollars at best. But once you're at the highest tiers for the bank, you'll be generating enough interest that you prob won't need to work as hard in-game.

Now, let's see how long it will take to actually break even after paying for the tier upgrades?

The total cost to upgrade to Premium Tier is $37,500 (with interest at $500: 75+ days)

The total cost to upgrade to Gold Tier is $87,500 (with interest at $1,250: 70+ days)

The total cost to upgrade to Platinum Tier is $212,500 (with interest at $2,500: 85+ days)

The total cost to upgrade to Diamond Tier is $462,500 (with interest at $5,000: 92+ days)

The total cost to upgrade to Executive Tier is $962,500! (with interest at $12,750: 75+ days)

The total cost to upgrade to Executive+ Tier is a whopping $2,212,500!

With the best interest gain of an average $25.5k per day, it would take at least 86+ days for you to make all this money back. Just from interest gain alone! (Unless the devs/owners decide to nerf/remove the bank in a later update)

88 days roughly equates to 3 months. But you won't be sitting idly while you wait to collect the interest, right? I doubt v9 will be out by then, so you have plenty of time to strike it rich in this server.

So, there you have it.

I was bored and I usually end my nights with some math problems and since I haven't been able to play my mind is starting to itch. xD
